Visiting this website
When this website is visited, Cloudflare processes technical connection data such as the IP address, time, requested address, referrer and browser identifier in order to deliver and protect the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Separate retention of HTTP request logs for BAUR Consulting is not enabled; Cloudflare processes operational logs under its contractual retention and deletion rules.
Contact form and email
When you use the contact form or email me, I process your name, email address and message to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR when preparing a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is deleted once the enquiry is settled and no statutory retention period applies.
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated submissions. Cloudflare processes technical connection and usage data for this security check. The form sends your message through Resend to my Google Workspace mailbox; it does not create a CRM record.
No analytics, no advertising
No analytics, tracking or advertising services are embedded and no external fonts are loaded. The contact form loads Cloudflare Turnstile for its security check. No advertising profiling takes place.

Form delivery: Resend, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA. Resend processes the form message for delivery.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Complaints can be made to the Austrian Data Protection Authority, Barichgasse 40 to 42, 1030 Vienna.
