How I work
Understand first
Before anything changes, I look at how it actually runs today. The numbers, the workflows, and conversations with the people doing the work.
Decisions, not slide decks
A mandate ends in a decision that has been taken and a plan the organisation will actually carry.
Until it runs
I stay with the delivery until it holds in everyday work. A concept without delivery stays a document.
Analytical and grounded in numbers
I examine key figures and the economics of the business until the main drivers are clear. I base my recommendations on that analysis.
